Programmatic Campaign Specialist :
This role would include setting up online campaigns in our advertising solutions platforms, data analysis, reporting, as well as presenting the outcome of the projects / campaigns to the AEs and / or clients.
The Programmatic Specialist is primarily responsible for tag creation, tag implementation, monitoring, reporting / data analytics, managing client accounts, ensuring operational and communication efficiency, and timely troubleshooting.
Responsibilities include
- Campaign setup and implementation
- Working on a multiple of DSPs (DV360, Verizon, TTD, Acuity, etc.) across many digital channels (including Display, Native, Video / CTV, & DOOH)
- Execute, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve target KPIs (such as conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
- Ensure campaigns are actively managed against client delivery targets and that all risks are mitigated
- Timely Client Reporting and data interpretation for your clients
- Identifying problems and dealing with them accordingly at an early stage
- Reporting and data analytics needs to be accurate and presented in the formats provided
- Manage own campaign risks by following standard checking processes
- Coordinate with sales to service accounts efficiently and have clear briefing and communications

Education And experience
- Bachelor or university degree
- Technical experience on self-serve buying platforms (may include social platforms)
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel / PPT) and / or other data processing / visualization or analytic tools (Data Studio, Tableau, Alteryx, GA, etc.)
- Strong grasp of the online advertising industry
- Knowledge in web analytics and possibly ad management systems
- Experience with reporting and reconciliation in Excel
