Job Description :
As a Business Development Manager you will be instrumental in driving the commercial development of our B2B events and B2B publications (digital and print).
You will work closely with a range of departments to develop new commercial avenues and ensure the success of our events and publications.
This role involves cultivating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and selling media and sponsorship packages for our award-winning B2B publications, conferences and awards nights.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research and identify potential advertising clients and sponsors for our B2B events
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Pitch and tailor media and sponsorship opportunities to clients over the telephone, video call and face-to-face
- Negotiate and close sponsorship deals
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure sponsor satisfaction and deliver exceptional event experiences
- Assist in the development of sponsorship packages and proposals
- Develop long-term relationships with clients
- Willing to be onsite for events, with some travel required.
