Ourclient in the insurance industry is seeking an OrganizationalChange Management to support a global enterprisewide initiativeinvolving Generative AI (GenAI).
This role will be pivotal indriving organizational change initiatives contributing to thedevelopment and adoption of AIdriven technologies that will impactthe entire enterprise.
The successful candidate will engage withstakeholders across the company and apply change management bestpractices to ensure smoothtransitions.
Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of $88 to $94 based onexperience.
3month contract withpotential for extension.
Fulltimeposition : 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5pm.
Hybrid work : 3 office daysfrom Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities :
Execute GenAI global change strategies to engage stakeholdersdriving successful adoption during the organizationaltransformation.
Contribute to thedevelopment of a GenAI prompt library and moderate a GenAICommunity of Practice fostering knowledge sharing amongstakeholders.
Develop supportmaterials for leadership and colleagues to guide and facilitateGenAI adoption.
Organizelargescale interactive engagement events to gather feedback andpromote understanding.
Developdeploy and analyze surveys to measure the impact of changeinitiatives and identify areas forimprovement.
Provide regularstakeholder updates and craft communications to ensure cleartransparent messaging throughout theprocess.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
3 to 5 years of proven experience in change management; ProSci orsimilar certification required.
2years of product / project managementexperience
PMP Product Owner orsimilar certification required.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; focus on identifyingbarriers to change and facilitating transitions to AIdrivenmethodologies.
Experiencedeveloping and moderating communities change champion networks orsimilar groups.
Ability to createsupport materials (e.g. reference guides checklists) and organizelargescale workshops or events.
Experience analyzing data and monitoring dashboards to assesschange impact and improvements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder managementskills.
Crossfunctionalcollaboration experience particularly in matrixedenvironments.
Selfstarter withconflict management skills and creative problemsolvingabilities.
Familiarity withmodern engagement platforms (LinkedIn TikTok YouTube etc.)NicetoHave
