- Conducta Stakeholder Analysis and develop a Stakeholder Map thatidentifies the different stakeholder personas and potentialresistance that mayemerge

- Thelearning delivery approach should include the followingelements :

- Coachingprovide targeted coaching to participants / pilot groups to helpreinforce and guidance as part of the practice.
The ChangeConsultant to recommend the coaching approach and number ofcoaching hours for the pilot groups (coaching would support thepilot group in executing / delivering thestep)
- Developtraining materials and deliver training to business and CACpartners participating in Test andLearn(s)
- Delivertraining. Training will be delivered to three (3) pilot groups inparallel. Training will be developed and delivered before each stepof the Test and Learnpilots
- Identifythe KPIs / metrics measure and report on people change success andadoption from the Test andLearn(s)
Responsibilities :
- Workwith organizations by providing expertise consultative adviceguidance and coaching to build knowledge and expertise of changemanagement principles methodologies andtools
- Collaborateclosely with the product manager who will coach the pilot teams indeveloping the pilot step deliverables andoutputs
- Helpleaders and teams enhance their capabilities to understand howchange impacts people the reasons why people resist change and howto support people as they transition throughchange
- Bean active and visible coach to support leaders partners andstakeholders in their role as changechampions
- Partnerand work collaboratively with key roles such as project managersbusiness analysts process improvement specialists changeconsultants and leadership to integrate change practices at alllevels of theorganization
- Developand implement change management strategies plans andframework
- Leaddevelop implement and / or provide input in the development ofcommunication plans sponsor roadmaps stakeholder assessmentstraining plan and resistance management throughout the lifecycle oftheproject
- Leadsstakeholder management including identification and analysis of keystakeholders and the development of stakeholder engagementstrategies
- Ensurethe alignment of change management activities with participatingstakeholders to remove change barriers smooth the adoption processand contribute to problem solving resulting in successfulimplementation
