BMO is currently sourcing for a Change Management Consultant position on a 6-month contract.
Summary of Role :
The Change Management Consultant at BMO will lead change management for a central Change Management Office, focusing on creating materials, driving adoption, and ensuring a seamless transition.
The role involves developing change strategies, delivering change management artifacts, and facilitating the transition into steady state.
Project :
Establishing Central Change Management Office.
Years of experience :
3+ years of change management experience, with a recent consulting background.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to) :
- Develop change strategies, plans, and activities for high-priority initiatives.
- Deliver change management artifacts and oversee integrated partnerships and plans.
- Drive leadership alignment and partner with internal communications for effective messaging.
- Lead resistance management efforts and execute all change-related activities.
- Identify, escalate, and track risks & issues related to change and people readiness.
- Assess change sentiment and deliver action plans.
- Facilitate transition into steady state and develop change documents and Playbook.
Required Skills :
- Change management experience in diverse environments.
- Negotiation and influence skills.
- Analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
- Consulting experience in the big 4 firms.
Desired Skills :
- Risk management experience.
- Banking or financial services background, with capital markets exposure.
