About the role

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborating closely with the Marketing Leadership Team, we are seeking a visionary leader who excels in cross-functional synergy, strategic decision-making, and relentless problem-solving.

This role demands an individual who can masterfully lead competing priorities while driving the CMO's agenda forward with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Bring proven management expertise with a focus on strategic planning, executive advising, and seamless interdepartmental collaboration.

Your leadership will bridge gaps and foster unity across the organization.

Take charge of annual planning, organizational performance metrics, executive reporting, and internal communications.

Thrive in highly ambiguous environments, adeptly operating at tactical, strategic, and operational levels. You will manage projects that transcend traditional organizational boundaries, swiftly addressing business needs and filling leadership gaps with agility and finesse.

Consistently monitor the external landscape to identify key industry, consumer, and technology trends and perform in-depth market research and analysis to support strategic planning at Intact.

Enlighten and build awareness among internal stakeholders regarding key trends.

Craft clear and concise summaries of key insights for use in quarterly results, the CEO’s fireside chats, board meetings, social media updates, and annual reports.

Oversee the entire presentation design process from creation to delivery, primarily using MS PowerPoint, while collaborating closely with Marketing VPs, SVP, and various stakeholders, including Intact Lab, Corporate Strategy, Investor Relations, and business operations teams, to develop and refine executive presentations.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in business / administration, marketing, design, strategy planning, or a related field.

At least 5 years of robust experience in a corporate environment, ideally demonstrating a track record of effective collaboration with a range of stakeholders and leading key initiatives in partnership with senior executive leadership.

Proven ability to collect, interpret, and distill complex information (technical details, business outcomes, and strategies) into compelling narratives to engage and inform executive audiences.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Expertise in rewording complex ideas and prioritizing information.

Passionate about driving innovation.

Keen eye for great design and strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint.

High tolerance for ambiguity and demonstrated ability to work independently.

For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
