· Execute service requests related to routine and ad-hoc system upgrades (operating system and application).
MUST HAVES:
1. Experience with IBM (Cognos BI) and SAS Institute (SAS, SAS Viya) solutions for business intelligence and analytics
2. Administration and configuration of IBM Cloud Pak for Data and Cognos including access control, application deployment/maintenance, auditing, data sources, encryption
