Senior Data Integration Developer – Job Description

Performs product design tasks of a complex nature

Works directly with the client to recommend, develop, document and implement system solutions to business

May supervise people The Software Developer will be part of a team responsible for building out and maintaining the enterprise processes / code

Design extract, transform and load (ETL) software components

Develop and Test ETL software using Azure Cloud, HiveQL, PySpark, SAS, Unix Shell Scripts

The role will support migration of existing code to PySpark and ensure testing of new code works on Azure Cloud environment

Document developed code and operational procedures

Work independently with little direct supervision in the development, testing, implementation and maintenance of processes / code of moderate size / complexity
