Description
The Business NetSuite Specialist is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of NetSuite ERP, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business processes.
The administrator will handle the NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB), NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW), Reporting, Scripting, SuiteBilling, and integration with Celigo.
Additionally, the role involves developing advanced HTML templates to enhance user interfaces and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
The Business NetSuite Administrator is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of NetSuite ERP, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business processes.
The administrator will handle the NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB), NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW), Reporting, Scripting, SuiteBilling, and integration with Celigo.
Additionally, the role involves developing advanced HTML templates to enhance user interfaces and experiences.
NetSuite Configuration and Maintenance :
- Configure and customize NetSuite ERP to align with business needs.
- Manage and maintain NSPB and NSAW modules.
- Ensure system integrity and performance through regular updates and maintenance.
Reporting and Analytics :
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
- Utilize NSAW to provide actionable business insights.
- Support users in generating and interpreting financial and operational reports.
Scripting and Customization :
- Develop and maintain SuiteScripts to automate and enhance business processes.
- Customize NetSuite to improve workflow efficiency and user experience.
SuiteBilling Management :
- Implement and manage SuiteBilling module to support subscription billing processes.
- Ensure accurate billing and invoicing through NetSuite.
Integration Management :
- Manage integrations between NetSuite and other business applications using Celigo.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
HTML Template Development :
- Design & implement advanced HTML templates for forms, emails, and other user interfaces.
- Ensure templates are responsive and user-friendly.
User Support and Training :
- Provide technical support to NetSuite users.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency & adoption of NetSuite functionalities.
Documentation and Compliance :
- Maintain documentation of NetSuite configurations, customizations, & processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and other programming languages.
- Familiarity with financial and accounting principles .
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in NetSuite administration, including NSPB and NSAW.
- Experience with SuiteScript and SuiteBilling.
- Familiarity with Celigo or similar integration platforms.
- Advanced HTML and CSS skills for template development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite functionality, data integrity, and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest NetSuite releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to optimize system performance.
- Manage integrations between NetSuite and other business applications using Celigo. NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Suite Analytics, SuiteCloud Developer Prefered)
