We provide business services in support of a stable, secure & efficient infrastructure and service delivery model that enhances the customer experience and supports business growth. We lead efforts around performance, optimization and innovation, capacity planning, resource/financial management, contract management, and transparency in support of a world class employee experience.

The Global Head, Employee Asset Life Cycle & Supply Chain is part of the EDX leadership team and is responsible for the end‑to‑end strategy, governance, and execution of Scotiabank’s global employee technology asset ecosystem. Supporting 90,000+ employees across 30 countries, this role ensures every Scotiabanker receives secure, reliable, and high‑quality hardware at the right time. The leader in this role defines the multi‑year roadmap, operational standards, and performance model for the entire lifecycle: from planning and procurement, through fulfillment and support, to recovery and sustainable disposition.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
• Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Develop enterprise roadmaps, maintain standards for managing technical debt and govern lifecycle management of all major employee assets (Windows, Apple, Mobile/Tablet, Print).
• Partner with global procurement to enhance proper vendor governance, service commitments, and performance monitoring through effective negotiation of enterprise agreements with OEMs and key suppliers.
• Oversee warehousing and inventory management through efficient and standardized fulfillment processes utilizing best-in-class third party logistics partners.
• Establish global playbooks, operational KPIs and performance metrics to measure throughput, SLAs, and employee customer satisfaction
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
• Creates an environment in which their team pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.
• Builds a high performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment and using a coaching mindset and behaviours; communicating vison/values/business strategy; and, managing succession and development planning for the team.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
• 10+ years leading enterprise‑scale technology operations, supply chain, or IT asset management functions.
• Demonstrated experience operating global fulfillment or logistics ecosystems.
• Proven track record negotiating high‑value enterprise agreements and managing strategic vendor partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related discipline.
