This position is an integral part of the procurement strategy and transformation team and will be responsible for strategic procurement transformation initiatives. In this role you will develop and implement key strategic initiatives and business cases to achieve the overall business unit objectives. You will also collaborate with Sourcing Managers and provide business intelligence to enhance data-driven business decisions to achieve our goals.
Position Responsibilities :
- Conduct benchmarking and opportunity assessment to achieve business unit goals
- Suggest and make changes in existing processes and metrics to increase efficiency & effectiveness
- Develop business cases for procurement transformation incl. GenAI use cases
- Engage with partners to increase data-driven decision making
- Identify and develop key performance metrics and dashboards
- Provide sourcing thought leadership
- Create presentations for executive leadership
- Manage relations with key business partners and project owners to develop / maintain strong working relationships
- Other duties as assigned

Working Arrangement : Hybrid
Salary range is expected to be between : $86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
