We are seeking an enthusiastic professional with approximately 5 years of experience to support our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in the Canadian Market. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an Indigenous candidate to contribute to and grow within our organization.
What You Will Be Doing :
- Assist in implementing DEI programs and initiatives
- Support the development of Indigenous engagement strategies
- Contribute to the creation and execution of reconciliation plans
- Engage with Indigenous business enterprises and other diverse suppliers
- Help maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations
- Participate in community engagement activities and cultural awareness training
- Support Indigenous recruitment initiatives
