Our Canada based retail client is seeking a Dyanimics 365 Admin to join their team. The ideal candidate will support the development team by managing and maintaining Power Automate cloud and Desktop (RPA) automations, handling changes to Dynamics 365 solutions, troubleshooting integrations, and overseeing permissions, user roles, and access to various applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Power Automate Management :
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power Automate workflows, both cloud-based and Desktop RPA.
- Monitor automation performance, resolve issues, and implement improvements.
- Dynamics Applications Support :
- Manage and execute changes and updates to Dynamics 365 applications, including Dynamics Sales, Dynamics Insights and Customer Service apps.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth operation and enhancement of the applications.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 integrations with other systems.
- User Roles and Permissions Management :
- Administer and manage user roles, permissions, and access across Dynamics 365 applications.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution :
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications and integrations.
- Work closely with the development and IT teams to ensure minimal downtime and disruption.
- Collaboration and Documentation :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and changes.
Experience :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and administering Dynamics 365 applications.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate, including cloud-based workflows and Desktop RPA.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in Dynamics 365 integrations.
Certifications :
Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate is preferred.
