Job Overview

Night shifts.

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Lane Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working around heavy equipment operations, construction. As a Lane Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of road and lane construction projects, contributing to the development and maintenance of our infrastructure. We have two major projects on the works . Full time hours for the next 2 - 4 years. No sitting on the bottom of the list waiting for hours to come.

Duties

• Operate large highway lane closure trucks and equipment used in construction projects.
• Assist in the preparation and layout of work sites, ensuring all materials are ready for use.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.
• Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or project progress to supervisors promptly.

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in Lane Closure equipment operation is essential. Knowledgeable on the layout of traffic control setups and take downs.
• Valid TCP ticket.
• Familiarity with Traffic Control equipment and materials is highly desirable.
• Background in Traffic Control or related fields is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
