Responsibilities
*Direct all daily distribution, warehousing, and receiving activities to ensure peak operational efficiency.
*Maintain strict adherence to transportation and material handling legislation to keep the Warehouse Manager and the facility in full compliance.
*Establish performance KPIs and monitor staff output to ensure all logistical deadlines and targets are consistently met.
*Cultivate a culture of accountability and safety by recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring warehouse personnel.
*Oversee the protection of all physical inventory by enforcing rigorous security standards and internal procedures.

Qualifications
*You possess a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a Warehouse Manager capacity or a senior leadership role within the industry.
*Completion of a relevant post-secondary diploma combined with a proven track record in logistics management is required.
*You demonstrate expert-level proficiency in utilizing a Warehouse Management System to track inventory and performance.
*Advanced experience in developing and overseeing departmental budgets within a high-volume warehouse environment.
*You have a documented ability to optimize operational processes and lead teams through change under tight deadlines.
