If you thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments and want to lead multi-million dollar projects, we want to hear from you.

Stability & Growth: A permanent, full-time career path with an industry innovator.

High-Impact Ownership: Gain autonomy managing substantial program budgets averaging $10,000,000.

Comprehensive Benefits: Access to competitive corporate health, wellness, and retirement plans.

Program & Budget Management: Meet and manage an average program budget of $10,000,000; manage build inventories in collaboration with the production team.

APQP & Compliance: Conduct APQP activities, including internal documentation, maintaining PDP folders, gate reviews, CFTs, ECN systems, and PPAP.

Cross-Functional Communication: Coordinate crucial program information between departments and internal production teams.

Design & Quality Validation: Validate designs through DV/PV testing, assembly trials, and ergonomics studies; participate in design decision-making (feasibility, functionality, manufacturability).

Client Relations & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues at customer assembly plants; create and present design/quality resolutions directly to clients; support quoting for new business.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must bring a mix of technical engineering expertise and strong leadership capabilities:

Education: Completion of a University Degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience managing programs specifically within a production or manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills: Proficient in reading part drawings; previous experience with GD&T is strictly required.

Asset Knowledge: Strong moulding process knowledge (RIM, TPO, EPP) and tool construction expertise are considered major assets.

Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and professional conflict-resolution skills. You must be highly organized and capable of managing a heavy workload.

Travel & Compliance: Regular travel is required; candidates must possess a valid passport, a valid driver's license, and an excellent internal safety/performance track record.
