You have experience implementing and maintaining 5S workplace organization and best practices in a warehouse environment. You are proficient in incident reporting, risk assessment, and corrective action planning to enhance workplace safety. You are comfortable leading training and development programs for warehouse staff to ensure skill growth and compliance with operational procedures. 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or cold supply chain management. Experience managing a unionized facility, ensuring compliance with collective agreements and labor relations best practices. Strong knowledge of FEFO (First-expire, First-Out) inventory management and CFIA regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS systems, with the ability to support beyond-the-door supply chain operations. Proficient in cycle counting, month-end inventory reconciliation, and year-end auditing to ensure inventory accuracy and financial reporting integrity. Experience in temperature-controlled warehousing and perishable goods handling to maintain product integrity and compliance. Familiarity with transportation and logistics coordination, including carrier management and dock scheduling. Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency, identifying areas for process improvement, waste reduction, and enhanced productivity. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OH&S, CFIA, and GMP best practices. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving lean warehousing principles and operational excellence. Hands-on leadership role, working closely with direct reports to oversee, support, and optimize daily warehouse operations.
