Job description

For the first three to four months, you will work on a probationary temporary assignment, showcasing your excellent performance and unwavering attendance. Following this period, successful candidates will seamlessly transition into a permanent role, solidifying their long-term career path in business administration. Enjoy predictable, stable daytime hours from Monday to Friday, allowing you to maintain an excellent work-life balance while advancing your professional journey.

Responsibilities
• Greet, welcome, and assist walk-in customers with a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Answer multi-line phone systems, direct calls appropriately, and assist callers with their business administration inquiries.
• Support the sales staff by assisting with junior sales duties and facilitating smooth customer transactions.
• Process and run credit card payments securely, ensuring all financial data entry is highly accurate.
• Manage outsourcing from various vendors, coordinating orders and following up on deliveries as needed.
• Perform comprehensive data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date client records and internal tracking systems.
• Execute general business administration duties, including filing, photocopying, and organizing daily schedules.
• Respond promptly to customer and vendor emails, ensuring clear and professional written communication.
• Keep the reception and administrative areas tidy, organized, and adequately stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline daily business administration workflows and improve office efficiency.

Qualifications
• Proven previous experience in a customer service, receptionist, or general business administration role.
• Demonstrable computer literacy with prior experience utilizing standard office hardware and software effectively.
• A flawless track record of stellar attendance, reliability, and punctuality in previous employment settings.
• Ability to accurately process payments and handle sensitive customer data with strict confidentiality.
• A positive, highly motivated mindset with a demonstrated eagerness to actively learn and grow professionally.
• Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan without any restrictions.
• Ability to reliably commute to the office location in Saskatoon for daytime, Monday to Friday shifts.
• Two professional references who can confidently attest to your excellent work ethic and business administration capabilities
