Communication Flow: Manage incoming emails and professional correspondence, acting as a polished gatekeeper.

Financial Admin: Efficiently process expense reports and track departmental costs.

Presentations: Utilize your PowerPoint skills to help polish or create deck materials for important meetings.

Ad-hoc Support: Provide occasional assistance outside of standard hours only when urgent travel issues arise.

Qualifications

Discretion: You are accustomed to handling highly confidential and sensitive information with total integrity.

Technical Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint.
