Junior Business Paralegal
With many years of experience in the Montreal landscape, this law firm is looking for a business paralegal with at least 3 years of experience.
The candidate will be called upon to draft various corporate and tax documents (incorporations, organizations, amendments to articles of association, dissolutions, share transactions, extra-provincial registrations, rollovers, estate freezes, mergers, tax reorganizations) and carry out all other transactions, such as due diligence on the purchase and sale of businesses.
The person will also be responsible for maintaining minute books for corporate clients and assisting lawyers in transactional matters.
Perfectly bilingual, the candidate must hold a college diploma in paralegal technology or equivalent. In addition to having a keen sense of organization, the person will be recognized for his or her meticulousness, autonomy and excellence in customer service.
