Job Description
Skills and Responsibilities :
- Advanced Knowledge of macOS (Ventura / Sonoma)
- Proficiency in JAMF or a similar MDM solution
- Experience with automated device enrollment using ABM (Apple Business Manager)
- Working knowledge of DLP and endpoint security related clients (e.g. Tanium, Microsoft Defender, Compliance Reporter)
- Practical experience with a ZTNA or traditional VPN solution (Zscaler-specific is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, etc.) and related infrastructure components (firewalls, proxies, load balancers, etc.)
- Working Knowledge of IdP solutions such as SAML, OIDC. Basic scripting experience (Bash / Python / etc.) with a desire to further develop this skill
- Familiarity with mobile app development related tools and platforms (XCode, Android studio, IntelliJ IDEA, Artifactory, Git, Bitbucket, nm., etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting mindset
- Ability to take ownership and work autonomously while exercising appropriate levels of inclusion and communication with larger teams.
