This role will beresponsible for coordinating national and regional eventssponsorship activations and marketing campaigns within a vibrantand innovative eventspace.
Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of $28 to $30 based onexperience.
12month contract withthe potential for permanentemployment.
Fulltime position 35hours per week.
Work schedulefrom Monday to Friday.
Location : Inperson role in Torontos FinancialDistrict.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate and execute diverse event programming includingsponsorship activations conferences and social gatherings within acuttingedge event space in downtownToronto.
Oversee seamless eventexperiences by collaborating closely with colleagues across variousdepartments.
Act as a brandambassador managing daytoday office operations while interactingwith both internal and externalstakeholders.
Ensure the creationdeployment and coordination of national and regional events andsponsorship activations.
Managevarious marketing projects and support the team by maintainingdocumentation and ensuring serviceexcellence.
Collaboratecrossfunctionally to address workspace needs manage event requestsand ensure timely followup in line with establishedstandards.
Develop marketingcollateral and cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers andstakeholders within the entrepreneurialecosystem.
Provide administrativesupport to the marketing team including data entry projectcoordination and regionalactivities.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
Bachelors degree in marketing communications public relations orrelated field.
4 to 5 yearsexperience in event marketing management sponsorships orpartnerships activations.
Background in the financial sector or businesstobusiness eventmarketing is a plus.
Strongbusiness acumen with the ability to effectively engage withentrepreneurial ecosystem partners and internalcolleagues.
Keen interest inentrepreneurship and understanding of itsimpact.
Proficiency in technologywith a strong interest in using tools that enhance collaborationand efficiency particularly within Microsoft Office 365environments (especially Teams andwebinars).
Selfrelianceresourcefulness and an ability to manage multiple tasks anddeadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
Exceptionalinterpersonal skills with a passion for providing excellentcustomer service and creating memorableexperiences.
Strongorganizational and time management skills along with a highattention to detail and problemsolvingcapabilities.
Ability to thrivein uncertain situations think on your feet and resolve ambiguityswiftly.
Excellent written andverbal communication skills inEnglish.
