Job Title : Team Lead, SysOps
Location : Remote (US and Canada in EST or CST locations)
Kerna Health is looking for a Team Lead, SysOps to support its operational and software development activities of its websites, applications, and infrastructures in a HIPAA compliant manner. The ideal candidate is a hands-on SysOps administrator who has both good leadership and technical skills to help build out the team and provide necessary mentorships to the team. You will also be working closely with the DevOps team and the InfoSec team to support engineering and cybersecurity initiatives from project inception all the way to production in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain all environments via IaC with proper versioning
- Implement SSO and MFA access across all company resources
- Lead a team of SysOps administrators and IT Support specialists
- Implement and maintain end-to-end performance and site reliability monitoring solutions
- Perform analysis on alerts and outages to prevent the same outages from happening again
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network configuration, performance and security issues
- Provide support as part of a 24x7 on-call rotation
- Perform deployments, scheduled changes, and other off-hour maintenance tasks as needed
- Develop, document, and enhance IT operational processes and procedures to improve and optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
