Required Skills and Responsibilities :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Previous experience in a software development environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Facilitation and Support : Assist in the facilitation of daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the Scrum team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing work.
• Team Collaboration
• Promote a collaborative team environment by fostering open communication, cooperation, and teamwork.
• Help the team resolve conflicts and remove impediments to the team progress.
• Encourage and support the team in self-organization Continuous Improvement
• Monitor and report on key Scrum metrics and team performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and support the team in implementing effective changes.
• Promote continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of sprint activities, team performance, and progress towards goals.
• Prepare and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Document and share best practices and lessons learned with team.
• Training and Coaching
• Provide guidance and training to team members on Scrum practices and Agile principles.
• Support the onboarding and integration of new team members into the Scrum framework.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating Agile training sessions and workshops.
