You understand quality and can delegate work to Jr's
Have a strong understanding of Gear or shaft design, and the material they would be made from and how to heat treat them.
Know the difference between first and third angle projections
If you do not know these principles, this role is not for you.
You have designed new products and know how to develop from scratch vs. modification
You thrive in a smaller lab type setting , where collaboration is tantamount to success.
