We are looking for a Director, Change Management, to join BrokerLink’s Senior Leadership team in our Ontario, Alberta or Atlantic regions on a Full-time 12-month Secondment .
The Director of Change Management is responsible for leading and managing BrokerLink-wide change initiatives. This role involves the development and implementation of change strategies that maximize employee adoption and engagement.
The Director will work with leaders across various functions to support organizational change, ensuring projects meet their objectives on time.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in change management strategies, strong leadership capabilities, and exceptional communication skills to align stakeholders and foster a culture of agility.

What the role entails :
- Develop and Implement Change Management Strategy
- Design, develop, and execute change management strategies tailored to specific organizational initiatives, including communication plans, training, stakeholder engagement, and feedback loops.
- Lead Change Initiatives Oversee and manage large-scale change initiatives across the organization to ensure successful implementation, employee engagement, and alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities related to organizational changes.
Provide support in creating and delivering clear, consistent, and timely communication across multiple channels to ensure stakeholders and employees are informed and engaged.
In collaboration with L&D team, Develop and Deliver Training Programs Create training plans to equip employees and leaders with the tools and skills they need to adopt changes effectively.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design training materials, workshops, and coaching sessions.
Measure and Evaluate Change Success Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
Provide regular progress reports and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams Partner with National Personal & Commercial teams, Human Resources, Communications, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment of change initiatives and integration into daily business operations.
The successful candidate will have :
- Bachelor / master's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing complex change initiatives in large organizations.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lead through influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
