KeyResponsibilities
Attendjob sites to assess damage and provide data for creating estimates.Capable of travelling working evenings on call and onweekends.
Responsible formanaging large complex and highrisk / highprofile projects exceeding$500k.
Serve as the firstpoint of contact in the field communicating professionally withcustomers subcontractors consultants and insurance companyrepresentatives to ensure the scope of work is followed accordingto the quoting process achieving accurate timelines and projectbudgets.
Prepare accuratequotations job costing andestimates.
Strengthenrelationships with existing and potential customers throughbusiness development and account management providing technicalexplanations and feedback to clients adjusters andconsultants.
Coordinate andattend afterhours emergency jobs to ensure services are completedas required.
RequiredQualifications :
Previous construction restoration orInsurance experience considered anasset
At least five (5)years of project management experience in insurancerestoration
At least five(5) years of experience with large loss project management inresidential and commercialrestoration
Sales experiencein related fields including upgrades / changes to existingcontracts
Intermediatecomputer and / or tablet / iPad experience with Microsoft Officeprograms such as Excel Word and Google Suite JD EdwardsXactimate / XactAnalysis experience anasset
Selfdriven to achievegoals and meetdeadlines
Travel 50% of thetime
