Requirements
Relevant industry experience - ideally within luxury services, landscaping, or construction industries Extensive sales and marketing experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization Proven track record of scaling revenue and achieving growth in competitive markets Experience growing revenue from $10M - $50M+ Experience scaling a company’s revenue and building high-performance teams in a high-touch, client-driven industry Strong experience with inbound, referral-driven sales models Must be able to build sales teams, set KPIs, and hold people accountable Comfortable leading in a flexible work model, with an influx of hours during high-demand seasons
