Job description8 years of experience in financial management preferably within a financial services or investment firm. Proven track record in capital raising financial strategy and regulatory compliance . Strong background in financial modeling budgeting and forecasting . Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a highgrowth fastpaced environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to work crossfunctionally with other executives. Deferred Compensation : Competitive salary deferred over the first 12 months based on the firms growth milestones. Equity Participation : Significant equity options based on performance and investment. About Our Client
Our client is a highgrowth M&A advisory firm working at the intersection of debt and equity solutions capital advisory and innovative fintech platforms . They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team and oversee the firms financial strategy as they continue to scale globally.
The ideal candidate is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and capital markets. You will work directly with the CEO and other executives to manage the firms financial operations drive capitalraising efforts and ensure the financial infrastructure supports rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the firms financial operations including financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting .
- Lead capitalraising efforts including debt and equity financing to support the firms growth strategy.
- Manage the firms financial resources ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing cost efficiency .
- Oversee risk management internal controls and financial audits .
- Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and senior leadership team contributing to business growth and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial performance and ensure alignment with the companys longterm goals.
