PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, an OSIE Company, is seeking a full time permanent Assembler for the Manufacturing Department to support second shift operations (4 : 00 p.m. - 12 : 30 a.m.).
Must be able to train on first shift (7 : 30 a.m. - 4 : 00 p.m.) for approximately 1 month before moving onto second shift.
This position offers a .75 cents per hour shift differential for 2nd shift hours of operation (4 : 00 pm - 12 : 30 am).
Responsibilities
- Perform all responsibilities in areas of hand assembly.
- Perform inspection of assembled boards.
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent desired.
- Able to use small hand tools and microscope.
- Must be able to read diagrams / product schematics.
- Ability to effectively read, write and communicate using the English language.
