About Capital One Canada
For over 20 years, we’ve been on a mission to change banking for good and build relationships by making credit accessible, simple, intuitive, and rewarding. We aim to help Canadians succeed with credit because we believe in people — our customers, associates, and talent like you!
While we’re a credit card company, we’re more than that. With your help, we’ll build the next generation of banking in Canada based on customer-focused values, compelling products, and great engineering. Our Strategy & Analytics roles are akin to management consulting but better. From day one, you’ll work on solving complex problems, using data-driven decisions to enhance business strategies, all while maintaining work / life balance.
At Capital One, we offer Strategy Analyst Managers the opportunity to rotate across various teams, including but not limited to the Credit Modeling team. We consider applications for multiple Strategy & Analytics teams and provide opportunities to rotate throughout your tenure, fostering growth and leadership development.
