ServiceMaster of Midland / Orillia / Barrie & Collingwood is a full service Disaster Restoration company specializing in water, fire and mould mitigation, rebuild services and general contracting.
We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator for our Barrie location.
This position requires a highly organized individual with exceptional communication and customer service skills. Specific responsibilities include the following :
- Scheduling and supervision of production staff
- Prepare daily work orders.
- Provide quotes for carpet cleaning.
- Process timesheets daily for payroll purposes,
- Provide customer service both over the phone and in person.
- Site Health & Safety and ensuring all staff work in accordance with health and safety legislation.
- Warehouse management.
- Vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- The ideal candidate will have exceptional organization and administrative skills. Must be proficient in MS word and excel, demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast paced work environment.
Level 1 Health & Safety certification and previous supervisory experience a definite asset.
