Skills and Responsibilities :
- Unix, SQL, ITIL, Big Data, SQL, windows and Linux
- Experience including support for
- Operating Systems : 10% Windows; 90% Linux
- SQL Server database and SQL queries and tuning
- Must have scheduling tools (Autosys / Stone branch / Airflow) experience
- Production trouble shooting skills and ITSM knowledge is must
- Must have good communication and troubleshooting skills
- Rotational after-hours & weekend support, and carrying a cell phone when on call
- Hadoop / Hive platform, Cloudera, OpenShift, Java application support experience
- Interacting with ServiceNow on incidents, problems, service requests, change deployments
- Flexibility for shift work
- 24X7 production support
- Agile knowledge, application support experience
