Skills and Responsibilities :

• Unix, SQL, ITIL, Big Data, SQL, windows and Linux
• Experience including support for
• Operating Systems : 10% Windows; 90% Linux
• SQL Server database and SQL queries and tuning
• Must have scheduling tools (Autosys / Stone branch / Airflow) experience
• Production trouble shooting skills and ITSM knowledge is must
• Must have good communication and troubleshooting skills
• Rotational after-hours & weekend support, and carrying a cell phone when on call
• Hadoop / Hive platform, Cloudera, OpenShift, Java application support experience
• Interacting with ServiceNow on incidents, problems, service requests, change deployments
• Flexibility for shift work
• 24X7 production support
• Agile knowledge, application support experience
