Your Role as Product Manager :

Working on the Secretlocal platform is much more than just a job. It’s an opportunity to play a key role in an award-winning company that is transforming the franchise industry.

In direct collaboration with our CTO and President, you will help shape the future of our platform.

Here’s what you will do :

Product Management and Development (55%)

  • Identify the best opportunities for the development of our franchise marketing platform.
  • Prioritize and track all phases of the product, from design to market introduction.
  • Ensure continuous product evolution and manage technical debt.

Performance Tracking and Optimization (20%)

  • Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Monitor performance and optimize features.

Product Vision and Strategy Definition (10%)

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to define and sell the product vision.
  • Participate in go-to-market strategy and pricing structure definition.

Client Analysis and Engagement (10%)

  • Define product requirements in collaboration with clients to understand their needs and market trends.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and identify product gaps.

Team Leadership and Inspiration (5%)

  • Inspire internal teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Follow up with stakeholders as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should :

  • Have a good understanding of web technologies and project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Possess excellent teamwork skills and the ability to manage differences of opinion.
  • Be strongly customer-oriented with the ability to anticipate their needs.
  • Have critical thinking skills and the ability to express your opinion constructively.
  • Show empathy for clients and colleagues to understand their perspectives.

What you already have or are motivated to develop :

  • Significant experience in managing SAAS solution projects.
  • Knowledge of the PHP Laravel environment (a plus).
  • Familiarity with the mortgage brokerage world (a plus).
  • Bilingualism in English and French, both spoken and written.
