We are looking for a dynamic Bilingual Talent Acquisition Intern,Campus to join our National Future Talent team. As a Talent Acquisition Intern,you will play a role in shaping the future of our organization by identifyingcurrent and future top talent from schools across Canada.

This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, act as a strong brand ambassador, and contribute to innovative processes.

You will help tooptimizeour student and new graduate recruitment programs at Intact.

Location : Toronto or Montreal

For candidates in Toronto : bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory considering the necessity to support Talent Acquisition Consultants from Quebec with French-speaking clients on a regular basis

What you’ll do here :

Support Talent Acquisition Consultants through all the recruitment process for student

Providing a top-tier candidate experience from first contact through onboarding

Help build and foster strong relationships with our internal business partners across the organization

Assist in planning and executing internal and external campus activities and events

Contribute significantly to fostering a dynamic internal student community within Intact

Support the delivery of presentations and workshops to promote our brand

Help create new partnerships with schools and student associations across Canada

Represent and promote Intact at campus events and career fairs, with the possibility of occasional travel to events (on weekends and evenings, as required)

You have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail

You are eager to learn and continuously develop your skills

You are solution oriented and bring creative ideas to the table

You have strong verbal and written communication skills

You have the ability to manage multiple prioritiesin a fast paced, changing environment

You are a proven team player

What you’ll bring to the table :

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, or another relevant field

Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Winter Term (January to April)

Must be returning to school in Summer or Fall following your internship

Experience working with clubs or associations on campus is considered an asset

Any previous internship experience in campus recruitment or human resources would be an asset

Any previous experience with Workday as a ATS and HRIS systems would be an asset

For candidates in Toronto, bilingualism is mandatory (French and English) considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with French-speaking clients and colleagues across the country

For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
