Job Title : Handyman (Full-time)
Location : Toronto, ON
Company : CB Asset Management
Salary : $22 - $28 per hour (depending on relevant experience)
Description : Our company, CB Asset Management, manages multiple properties located across the GTA (both commercial & residential).
We're looking for a full-time Handyman to assist with maintaining these properties.
Responsibilities :
- Basic repairs, maintenance, cleaning and renovations around various properties
- Maintenance of parking lots and sidewalks (i.e. sweeping, snow maintenance)
- Pick up / drop off supplies at various properties
- Work alongside and assist other tradespersons
- Report tasks electronically and manually as required
- Conduct minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention
Requirements :
- Be qualified to work in Canada
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation (usage of your vehicle will be compensated)
- At least 2 years of experience as a handyman with knowledge in the areas of plumbing, electric work, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
