Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAPDelivery Lead to join our team and oversee the successful deliveryof SAP projects.
The Delivery Lead will be responsible for managingthe endtoend delivery process ensuring projects are delivered ontime within budget and to the highest quality standards.
KeyResponsibilities :
Lead andmanage the delivery of SAP projects from initiation tocompletion
Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including developers consultants and project managers toensure successful project delivery
Developproject plans timelines and budgets and monitor progress to ensureprojects are delivered on time and within budget
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impactproject delivery
Ensure project documentationis completed and maintained according to companystandards
Communicate project status risks andissues to stakeholders including clients and seniormanagement
Provide leadership and guidance toproject team members ensuring they have the resources and supportneeded to deliver projects successfully
Conductregular project reviews and implement process improvements asneeded
Stay uptodate with industry trends andbest practices to continually improve project deliveryprocesses
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systemsor a related field
Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in project delivery preferably with SAPprojects
Proven experience managing anddelivering complex projects on time and within budget
Strong understanding of project management methodologiesand tools
Excellent communication andleadership skills
Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities
Ability to work underpressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with crossfunctional teams andmanaging stakeholder expectations
SAPcertification is a plus
