Job description

If so, this role may be for you! This is an onsite role-a large focus on event setups / conference room management / moving chairs or tables / preparing multiple event spaces per client’s requirements

Location : Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Salary : $21.38 / Hour

Duration : Providing coverage for June 30-July 2nd and July 14th - July 18th.

Duration : Providing coverage for June 30-July 2nd and July 14th - July 18th.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with providing administrative support to a small team or department.
  • Lobby : Assist any colleagues needing help : new passes, temp passes, stationary, headset
  • Café : service coffee machines (morning, lunch, mid-afternoon), end of day
  • Manage dishwashers and microwaves
  • Mail Services
  • Meetings : prepare conference room

Other tasks as required

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
