Office Manager

Salary : Up to $120K (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and participating in the entire recruitment process
  • Supporting company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff
  • Maintaining the office efficiently by planning and implementing office systems and layouts
  • Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Designing and implementing office policies by establishing standards and procedures
  • Performance Management by reviewing daily productivity of employees
  • Approving and tracking vacation time requests
  • Managing and administering benefits programs including health insurance, dental insurance, including enrollment, status changes, terminations and leaves
  • Responsible for a variety of administrative duties- filing, ordering supplies, maintaining work spaces, collaborating with IT for new hires, on-boarding
  • Assist with maintaining and updating employee data , attendance records, recruitment and onboarding
  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment process for business professionals law students, support staff
  • Organize social events, lunch ‘n’ learns, training, etc.
  • Assist with coordination of moves, furniture purchases and repairs, relief reception duties as required
  • Assist with all other tasks, responsibilities and projects, as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of office manager or human resources experience in a legal or other professional services environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrated skills in human resources, facilities management, budgeting, operations, legal management and cost control.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, customer service and project management skills.
