We are looking to add to our Portfolio Performance team with an Associate who will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of XPV’s portfolio companies.

This role provides the unique opportunity to gain exposure across several industries that XPV invests in while making a meaningful contribution to the growth of XPV and its portfolio companies.

You will have an opportunity to :

  • Execute on the implementation of XPV’s growth system into new portfolio companies while working with the company’s leadership team
  • Support XPV’s portfolio company reporting and budget process. This includes finding and executing on opportunities to increase the process’ efficiency and effectiveness
  • Play a similar role in executing on the investor reporting process for relevant portfolio companies
  • Support the planning, project management and execution of portfolio company value creation projects, including identifying opportunities for growth or value-added projects

Qualifications :

  • 2-4 years of experience at a consulting firm, investment firm or in business strategy
  • Experience in financial analysis
  • Experience in operational and business analysis
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Inquisitive, with a continuous learning and improvement mindset
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Self-starter and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to build relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Able to translate a vision into process, and project manage multiple workstreams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
