What You’ll be Doing :
Recruitment (70%)
- Partner with senior leadership to recruit top talent across Fusion, Helia, and our Portfolio Companies.
- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to hiring – while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Build and maintain diverse pipelines of A-players through creative sourcing strategies, networking, and industry events.
- Be relentless in finding passive candidates and building succession pipelines to keep the funnel full.
- Use cutting-edge tools, market intelligence, and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidates' capabilities and alignment with our values.
