A well-established boutique law firm specializing in Estate and Elder Law is seeking an experienced Estate Administration Law Clerk / Assistant to join their team.

Your new role
As an Estate Administration Law Clerk at this reputable firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting this firm's busy practice.
Working closely with 2 Lawyers, you will be responsible for preparing legal documents, including drafting letters, emails, wills, powers of attorney, and trusts.
You will also handle probate applications, review fiduciary accounts, assist with will signings, manage administrative tasks, and maintain organized files.
Additionally, you will support lawyers in scheduling meetings, performing conflict searches, and ensuring a positive client experience during in-person interactions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 5 years of law clerk experience in Wills and Estates
- Thorough understanding of the rules, procedures and conventions associated with estates administration work
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks, including document preparation, proofreading, and scheduling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, NitroPro, CaseLines, PCLaw, and ability to adapt to new technology
- Strong attention to detail and compliance with legal procedures
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work compassionately in sensitive and emotionally-charged situations
