Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare legal documents and reports.
• Coordinate government filings.
• Conduct research and compile reports.
• Maintain corporate records and databases.
• Develop and ensure data integrity in information management systems.
• Handle confidential information to minimize legal risks.
• Organize meetings and respond to inquiries regarding legal matters.
• Deliver timely and accurate legal support services.
• Operate effectively under stress and changing expectations.
• Engage in creative problem-solving and propose solutions.
• Work independently with broader responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications :

Salary : $49,000.00 - $90,800.00

Pay Type : Salaried
