We are currently looking for a Payroll Coordinator for oneof our clients in the insuranceindustry.

Hourly salary of $29.30.

12monthcontract.

Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.

Hybridwork : 3 office days from Tuesday toThursday.

Review daily PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) integrationsbetween Workday and ADP GlobalView. Monitor transactions and makemanual adjustments in ADP GlobalView when errors occur.

Changesinclude but are not limited to new hires employee transfersincentive pay voluntary and involuntary deductions tax changesvoluntary and involuntary terminations STD LTD paid and unpaidleaves of absence overpayment adjustmentsetc.

Prepare documentation tosupport the calculations and adjustments that impact the grosstonetpayroll including regular pay (salary) incentive payments onetimepayments termination pay (voluntary & involuntary) vacationon termination leave payments overpayments & recoveryvoluntary deductions garnishments employee taxsetup.

Be familiar with reviewinginbound integrations from Workday thirdparty vendors or otherbusiness units (e.g. commissions benefits equity charitabledeductions pension plans etc.).

Be familiar with reviewing inbound PICOF file (time off andovertime) from Workday and adjusting in the payroll system ifneeded.

Create Record ofEmployment (ROE) (Canada only).

Perform basic reconciliations and analysis in Excel or othersystems.

Prepare batch files toload into payroll.

Createondemand checks and EFTs for offcycle payments or payrollcorrections.

Check and reply tomail from the government regarding current and former employeesinformation in a timely manner whenrequested.

Tier1B NA and HRAdminNA Emails and ASKHR Cases20%

Research resolve and respond (written and verbal) to Tier 1Bpayroll inquiries from the HR Call center via the case managementtool Salesforce within agreeduponSLAs.

Monitor HRAdminNA mailboxand respond to business unitinquiries.

Sort route and processscanned or physical mail related topayroll.

Payroll Governance andControls10%

Verify payroll data for reasonableness andcompliance.

Maintain payrolldocumentation and procedures as required for internal and externalaudit compliance.

Perform otherresponsibilities asassigned.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

Twoyear degree or equivalent combination of education andexperience.

13 years of fullcycleCanadian payroll processingexperience.

PCP with NPI(National Payroll Institute) certification is anasset.

Experience with largethirdparty payroll providers like ADP Ceridian orUKG.

Experience with HR systemslike Workday PeopleSoft orOracle.

Experience with ADPGlobalView (as a processing services client) is aplus.

Familiarity with a largeselection of Canadian provinces is aplus.

Strong sense of logic andaptitude for mathematics.

Workingknowledge of payroll processing tax principles wage & hourlegislation.

Excellent timemanagement skills with the ability to focus in a busyenvironment.

Good verbal andwritten communication skills.

High attention to detail accuracy efficiency and ability to handlemultiple priorities.

Ability tofollow complex verbal and written directions and instructions(SOPs) without deviation.

Abilityto work under pressure against tightdeadlines.

Willingness toparticipate in Teams Zoom Webex or other conference platforms oncamera.

Ability to maintaincomplete confidentiality and protect sensitive and personaldata.

Excellent organizationaland time management skills capable of prioritizingwork.

Analytical problemsolvingand critical thinking skills.

Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment.

Capable of workingautonomously and as a teamplayer.

Ability to communicatecomplex or technical explanations to employees and differentgovernment departments (e.g. tax questions breakdown of paystatements etc.).

Intermediate tostrong Microsoft Excel skills.

Comfortable collaborating and working side by side with colleaguesuntil proficiency is achieved.

Comfortable with frequent checkins and daily reviews ofwork.
