We are currently seeking a Salesforce Product Analyst to join our remote team.

Position Overview :

As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding and interpreting customer data to uncover needs and opportunities.

This position involves working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional Agile teams-including engineers and designers-to influence product strategies and ensure successful outcomes.

Your insights will directly contribute to the development and refinement of products and services that meet both customer and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of customer data to identify patterns, trends, needs, and opportunities
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to validate problems and assist in developing solutions that are valuable, feasible, viable, and usable
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, to capture and define features, user stories, and assist in defining product roadmaps
  • Validate hypotheses through customer feedback to ensure product alignment with user needs
  • Monitor and analyze product metrics, such as user engagement and satisfaction, to provide actionable insights aimed at enhancing product performance
  • Ensure close collaboration with design and engineering teams to meet customer and business requirements
  • Develop necessary supporting documentation such as how-to guides, user manuals, and feature descriptions
  • Engage in all facets of the Agile process, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives

Required Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in data analysis, product management, or a similar role in a tech-driven environment.
  • Salesforce knowledge is a must

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across multiple teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for identifying trends and extracting meaningful insights from vast data sets.
