Detailer — Full Training, Path to Lead

Rigo Detailing | York Region, ON | Full-time, year-round | 20–25/hour + upsell commission.

The job:

• You’ll detail vehicles at customers’ homes across York Region out of our mobile setup.
• We’ll train you from the ground up: interiors, exteriors, machine polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coating prep.
• Your job is to show up, work hard, and get better every week.

The path:

• Everyone starts with detailing.
• Prove yourself and we train you on paint correction and ceramic coating.
• Prove that, and you run the van and the shop.
• This is a real trade with real skills, and we promote from inside.

What you’ll do:

• Wash, decontaminate, and detail interiors and exteriors.
• Machine polish and correct paint (we train you on the buffer).
• Prep vehicles for ceramic coating.
• Work on-site at customer locations.
• Inspect vehicles and talk with customers clearly and politely.
• Keep the van, equipment, and products organized and spotless.
• Appear in photos and video for our social media.

Who this is for:

• You’re available full-time (38+ hours), weekdays, year-round.
• You’re reliable and punctual, no exceptions.
• You like physical work and take pride in doing it properly.
• You take feedback and want to build a long-term skill.
• Valid G licence and a clean driving record.
• Detailing experience is an asset, not required.

Physical reality:

• This is demanding outdoor work in all weather.
• You’ll stand, bend, kneel and reach for full shifts, run a machine polisher for long stretches, and lift up to 50 lbs.
