CIE Tours makes it easy for travelers to immerse themselves in a new place with exclusive access, authentic experiences, and in-depth knowledge that, in the spirit of Celtic heritage, often begins with a story.CIE Tours is seeking a Business Development professional to represent our company in Eastern Canada (including Toronto, Quebec and the Maritimes)The statement of work in the contract will include the following : Conduct weekly sales meetings with travel agenciesParticipate in travel industry and consumer shows related to travelConduct training and information sessions with travel agents on CIE Tours productsConduct group presentations with travel agents and group leaders to promote group businessHost Travel Chats with travel agencies to encourage sales to their clientsParticipate in conference calls with CIE Tours sales team to provide updates on CanadaProvide bi-monthly reporting on travel industry trends and competitive intelligence for CanadaUtilize Salesforce as a tool to report information on accountsRequired Skills and Experience : 3+ years travel industry and / or territory sales experience preferredMust be able to deliver effective product / destination training's, engage as a credible trainer, and represent the company professionally at internal and external events.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required, and travel extensively throughout the territory.
