Job Role : TechnicalBusiness Analyst
Location : Calgary Alberta (onsite)
JobDescription :
As a Technical BusinessAnalyst you will be responsible for working with our technical andbusiness
teams to understand our businessrequirements and translate them into technical specifications.You
will also be responsible for working withour development team to ensure that our products are builtto
meet our business requirements. Should be atechnical and businesssavvy individual with great
communication skills.
Duties :
- Work with the project manager to develop the projectscope and timeline.
- Analyze and interpret userrequirements user stories use cases and systemarchitecture
- documents.
- Participate in design and testing activities review codeand participate in system
- implementations.
- Assist withmaintaining and documenting systems.
- Performdata validation checks.
- Develop and maintaindetailed documentation of business processes policies andprocedures.
- Diligence in reviewing data to beinput to the system.
- Identify quantify anddocument business process improvements.
- Identify analyze and document user interfaceissues.
- Create user documentation includingprocess flows roles responsibilities and use cases.
- Train users on system processes andapplications.
- Identify and resolvesystemspecific issues through research and analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities :
- Research and analyze new technologies and recommendappropriate solutions.
- Gather analyze anddocument customer information needs and existingprocesses.
- Develop and communicate technicalrequirements including design build and test plans.
- Identify validate and mitigate technologyrisks.
- Develop innovative efficient effectiveand scalable solutions.
- Evaluate usability andscalability of solutions.
- Work with businessstakeholders and IT to implement changes.
- Design document test and implement softwaresolutions.
- Execute and support infrastructureaudits and reviews.
- Track and report onproject metrics.
- Develop maintain and documentproject plans.
- Manage document and supportproject schedules
