A typical day :
- Analyze and interpret user requirements, user stories, use cases, and system architecture documents
- Participate in design and testing activities, review code, and participate in system implementations
- Identify and resolve system-specific issues through research and analysis
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, policies, and procedures
- Evaluate usability and scalability of solutions
- Work with business stakeholders and IT to implement changes
Successful candidates will have :
- 8+ years of related experience in IT technical business analysis
- Experience working with outsourced service providers and internal IT domain project teams (infrastructure and applications)
- Experience with project coordination
- Experience working at a large oil & gas company
- Calgary applicants preferred
