Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite (Local)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Josh Dennis Insurance Inc. is a growing insurance agency based in Fredericton. We opened our doors November 2022 and are focused on building strong relationships within our community. Our mission is to support clients through value-based conversations and ensure they feel protected and supported by a team they can rely on.

What We Offer• Base salary plus commision and bonus plan
• Competitive earning potential ($45,000–$110,000 annually)

• Support and execute sales and growth strategies

• Support senior agents and contribute to team success
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, solution focused mindset
• Comfortable engaging with clients and following up consistently
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing (OTL)
• Ability to build trust and maintain long term client relationships
• Motivated, resilient, and eager to learn
• This is a full-time onsite position based in Fredericton, NB
• This role is not remote
• Insurance licensing is required or must be obtained
